Celebrating People Who Advance Wellbeing
At Vox Humanitas Africa, we believe that meaningful change begins with people who are willing to listen, engage, and create spaces for important conversations.
We are pleased to celebrate AUNDE Aga Godwin and Dr. Cecilia Osyanju, who have been selected as Wellbeing Champions under the Commonwealth Youth Council’s Are You Okay? Campaign.
As VHA continues to promote healthier, more connected and dignified communities, we celebrate this opportunity to support conversations that encourage people to check in, listen, and care for one another.
Sometimes, the most important conversation starts with a simple question: Are you okay?Learn more about the Are You Okay? Campaign

Vox Humanitas Africa held an online “Are You OK?” Community Workshop on 20 October 2026 as part of the Commonwealth Youth Council’s mental health and wellbeing campaign.
The session was facilitated by AUNDE Aga Godwin, Founder and ED of Vox Humanitas Africa, and Dr. Cecilia Osyanju, Programmes, Partnerships and Strategic Development Lead. Both were selected as Commonwealth Youth Council Wellbeing Champions.

This initiative reflects Vox Humanitas Africa’s commitment to promoting youth wellbeing, reducing mental health stigma, and building supportive communities.

The engagement reflected on the connection between academic formation, community engagement, and responsible action, particularly in advancing addiction prevention, domestic violence, youth empowerment, family wellbeing, and human dignity.
A meaningful reflection, reaffirming that education finds deeper meaning when knowledge is translated into service of the human person and the common good.

Vox Humanitas Africa Participates in National Dialogue on Financing Clean Cooking in Kenya
Vox Humanitas Africa participated in the Workshop for the Financing Clean Cooking in Kenya Report and Roundtable on Increasing Financing for Women in Clean Cooking, convened by the Ministry of Energy and Petroleum (MoEP) and the International Energy Agency (IEA).
The dialogue examined financing, affordability and investment as critical enablers of Kenya’s transition to clean cooking, with particular attention to women’s participation in the sector.
For Vox Humanitas Africa, clean cooking represents more than an energy transition; it intersects with health, dignity, livelihoods, gender and sustainable development. It also demonstrates how entrepreneurship, innovation and sustainability can converge to address social needs while creating economic opportunity.
The transition therefore requires not only appropriate technologies, but also accessible finance, inclusive policy, innovation and locally responsive solutions.
